Manos changes that. Every woman on Manos has been interviewed by us and has had a reference called — on the phone, before her profile was published, every one, no exceptions. You see who's free this week, not who was free two months ago. Full-time, live-in, or a single day. Fees are paid by the employer, never by her. You set the pay and pay her directly.
